HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you always have the option to cancel or change your order before it is shipped.
If a change or cancellation is necessary, please contact us immediately at our email info@precishop.ae . nbsp;

Please note that if a cancellation or change is made after the order has been shipped, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund or charged additionally.

Any customised items ordered cannot be cancelled or returned.

You can either log in to your account under the ‘My Order’ section or you can go directly to our order tracking page, which will give you a direct overview of the status.
PAYMENT METHOD
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHOD?
We offer various solutions to meet your needs and business model:

- Online via our payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Sadad payment system, Mada cards, Paypal, Netbanking).

All transactions are highly secured by our partner https://shopify.com/ and are additionally checked for fraud.

- By invoice, after acceptance by our compliance team (24 hours).
DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are sale-specific codes that you can apply to your order when you check out. If there is a site-wide sale, applying discount codes may not be allowed unless otherwise stated.

We cannot change or add a discount code after the order has been placed.

Can I apply more than one discount code after I have placed my order?

Only ONE discount code can be applied per order, and this cannot be changed after the order .

TIP: If the discount code applies to certain items in your order, you can consider applying the discount code to that order and placing a second order to use another discount code, although in this case you will incur shipping costs.

Why is my discount code not being accepted?

Discount codes are only available for a limited time. If the discount code is no longer available, you will no longer be able to add it to your order, or the items in your shopping basket no longer meet the criteria of the discount code.

MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED

If your payment is not successfully processed, or if it is declined when you attempt to complete your purchase, you will be given the option to enter a new card number or an alternative form of payment before finalising your purchase.

Unfortunately, Precishop.ae has no details as to why this has happened and suggests that you contact your financial institution directly for details about your declined payment.

TRANSPORT
MY ORDER IS STUCK AND IS NOT MOVING.
Due to issues with the carriers, there may be delays in updating the tracking of your order.

My order still says it's waiting to ship:

There is a common reason why tracking says the order hasn't shipped yet.

It may be that the order has already shipped, but due to the distance of the shipment, the first scan may not occur for several days after the package has shipped and the tracking number has been issued.

My order has been in transit for several days: 

Orders will remain in ‘In Transit’ status until they reach the nearest shipping centre. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, packages may not be updated for a few days. If your package has remained ‘in transit’ for more than 3 days since the last tracking update, please contact us to further investigate your issue.

International orders are being held or need to be verified:

CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?
Precishop.ae ships to the following countries:

- UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait

As soon as your shipment has been processed, you will receive an email with all the detailed information you need to track your shipment.

For any shipment outside the above areas, please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours (info@precishop.ae).
MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED; CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, as soon as your order is handed over to our carrier UPS, you will be immediately notified via your email ID with the tracking number so that you can track your shipment live.

For the UAE, Precishop's area of operations, the shipment may be delivered directly by the Precishop team. You will be informed of this by means of a precise schedule (Contact – Precishop.ae).
HOW LONG DOES DISPATCH TAKE? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It all depends on the type of goods ordered.

For a standard item (not a lithium battery, not an oversized item), we normally allow 5 to 7 days from the date of dispatch date.

In the case of oversized items (more than 1 cubic metre), special transport is used, for which delivery depends on availability. For these rare scenarios, we would contact you directly within 24 hours of your order to organise and agree the details with you.
RETURN
HOW SHOULD I PROCEED IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN?

To return an item, please email Customer Services at info@precishop.ae, quoting your order number. Securely pack the item in the original packaging and send it with the FREE return label to the following address:

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and tags.

HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?

After we have received your return and checked the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days for processing after receipt of the goods. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and payment or an exchange has been authorised in your favour.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY RETURN HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AND WHEN MY REFUND WILL BE ISSUED?
We need three (3) days after receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER OR DECLINED?

Packages returned to the sender or rejected will be restocked and you will receive a credit in the form of a gift card minus the original shipping costs.
An order can be returned to the sender for any of the following reasons:

An address is invalid or information is missing,
The carrier is unable to deliver your package or
the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
We do not accept responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address details provided at the time of purchase are incorrect.

HOW DOES THE LOCAL SECURITIES PORTFOLIO WORK (FOR UAE ONLY)?
As part of a production group (VSB Group, Switzerland), we are aware of the need to provide material in a timely manner so as not to disrupt your supply chain.

High stock levels on your side are sometimes not possible because high investments are necessary.

Precishop.ae tries to provide an answer to this problem by offering our customers the opportunity to have their special security stock in our warehouse in Switzerland at no cost. This allows and guarantees extremely fast delivery times, thus reducing any interruption in your production chain to zero. This would also enable you to reduce shipping costs to 0, which can be very advantageous annually. ;r local safety stock:
- The requested safety stock should not exceed 6 months' requirements and be used within 12 months.
- Produced in mutual and partnership agreement
- Return policy available (not not available for customised items)
