Execution:
The BILZ countersink system consists of a 3-part combination: countersink - pin - holder . All parts are manufactured with a very high degree of precision and are a reliable tool with a high degree of concentricity. The countersinks have a continuous bore in which the associated guide pin runs freely. It is held securely by 2 lock nuts.
The guide pin is therefore movable without losing the necessary stability. The respective reference sizes fit all countersinks of the corresponding size. This results in many possible combinations. Countersinks and pins are inserted into holders. The conical mounting cone (cone fastening) ensures that all parts of the entire tool are held together in a stable manner.
