Design and use:
Knurling milling (machining), longitudinal knurling. For knurling on the workpiece according to DIN 82: RGE 30° and RGE 45°. The workpiece diameter is adjusted using a central adjustment screw and adjustment scale. Fine adjustment via positioning of the milling head. Carbide liners for higher speeds, faster machining, improved service life. Special surface hardening for increased wear resistance. For long-turning machines and small lathes, conventional and CNC, upper edge of the shaft = center height. Modular shaft design for conversion to alternative shaft dimensions. High stability due to the interlocking between the tool holder and the knurling milling head.
